I did squats yesterday, just like every other week. Well, I must have went too heavy because I pulled a muslce in my quad area, up near my hip. I pulled the same muscle about two years ago really bad and I couldn't squat at all for 3 months. This time it isn't too bad, I just limp a little when walking. I'm going to try to squat again next week, I'll just keep it light and focus on squeezing the muscles to get a proper workout.
