@hypogaeum this is some good hardcore iron training. I got to give you a lot of credit on it. You're not going to go wrong.

aint joking here like hard to keep bp down like that, you doing it with meds or you cutting sodium?
Just keep the cardio happening and it seems to stay in the right space. No medication in play or specific diet to improve it.
