I don't take DNP often.. Last winter I thought I'd try a few runs to see if I could find one that I felt was optimal..
With the two day/week cycle, I was easily losing 3-4 lbs/fat until I got down there real low.. Then I didn't lose as much fat because I didn't lower my cals enough.. Plus the t3 thing catching up etc.... These two day/weekers shouldn't be done for months on end.. It will just catch up with you.. But, hey, they are off the hook for blasting through a large amount of fat in one month.
I must remind you though... I did not just diet for two days, then hit the buffet.. I was very careful with my diet. I wanted the results to be as meaningful as possible...
I think if I were to do it again, I would find an amount of cals to eat/day to where I lost fat at a rate I was comfortable with, then drop it 100kcals every week..
