Sounds very interesting. This is my first DNP cycle, so as much as I'd like to jump into the deep end, I'll stick with 400mg/day for now. Maybe in future cycles I'll experiment with your idea! Thanks for your input.

Yup.. It's a lot for a first timer.. That's why I call it an advanced protocol

I to to eat like a Samalian... The deal is, weight loss while on DNP depends on two things ONLY..

1) caloric intake (I have said nothing about sources of calories)

2) energy expenditure

I wanted to state this to dismiss those rediculous myths that you can eat anything you want on DNp and still lose weight.. You may 'still lose weight' but the amount of fat you lose while on DNP will be minimal if you pig out.

My tested theory, in a nutshell, is, you will lose the same amount of fat on DNP so long as 1) energy expenditure is same and 2) TOTAL amount of DNP is same.

What I mean by this is....

For instance, you can take 2000mg of DNP over 5 days, taking 400mg/day and you will lose the same amount of fat as if you took 2000mg over (for instance) 2 days... BUT you have to keep cals the same!

My results came when I would take 1200mg at 0hrs and 800mg at 24hrs... a total of 2000mg of DNP... And after day 7, I was ready to do it again.. Compare this with someone taking 400mg ED.. After 5 days (the same TOTAL amount of DNP) they cannot start another cycle right away as I can b/c their DNP levels are too high to permit recovery..

My type of cycle is for someone wishing to lose the most fat in the least amount of time.. The beauty of it is that I believe this is the ALSO the most comfortable way to lose high amounts of fat while on DNP... As you can see from the picture, the highest amounts of blood DNP are within the first few days and then dramatically drop after that.. However, with 400mg ED, you feel the DNP every single day...

You might say "but from the graph, the blood levels are higher for the 1200mg at 0hrs, 800mg at 24hrs then they ever are for a straight 400mg ED dose..."

This is correct.. however, an important observation I made was that the 'like-shit' feeling you get while on DNP is mostly from improper food intake but mostly from depleted glycogen stores.. During the first 2-3 days on the high dose cycle, when DNP levels are highest, your glycogen stores are not depleted! This means that, even though your blood levels are highest, you still won't feel as lethargic as you would on day 5 at 400mg ED..

hey andy. im currently gonna start a new dnp cycle.... this time I was gonna do 400 mgs a day for 14 days but since you say the results are equivalent to the amount of dnp used I was thinking of maybe doing 600 mgs for 9 days instead (equals to the same amount of dnp) What do you think about this???Also im 6 foot 220 pounds...ive done several dnp cycles in the past as you may know but the last few times Ive gotten very little to almost no fat loss from my cycles...the last two times I did 600 mgs for 14 days and hardly got any weight loss from it...it may have been the dnp (but it is from a reputed good bro so i dont know)...what do you think ivebeen doing wrong. These past cycles I ate very low cals and almost no carbs at all...I really dont know why dnp hasnt been working for me lately...any ideas or suggestions bro???

P.S: these dnp caps that im about to use in my next cycle are from another source and they arent the same dnp caps i took the last two times.

How many calories did you eat?

How did you determine your fat loss (calipers, etc)?

I like to eat super low cals while on DNP.. Like 1500/day... But then again.. I'm not doing 14 day cycles!
 
Well guys it's my 8th day and I'm sticking to 400mg/day. I've decided to keep going until the heat and clamminess get intolerable. I've been much hotter from day 6 onwards and sweating quite profusely. Although it's getting uncomfortable, it's still quite tolerable.

My workouts haven't been fantastic but I suspect there is a psychological component to that.

So far I've lost just under 5lbs on the scale. My pants are getting looser too but it's very difficult to gauge how much is muscle and how much fat.

All in all, it's been a smoother ride than I had expected - so far. :)

I ate around 1500 to 2000 cals a day...and Im 6 foot 220 pds...I determined my lack of fat loss to the fact that I could still pinch the same amount of fat with my calipers as I could before my cycle..I didnt loose anything..and the scale didnt move at all either..and plus whenever Ive had successful dnp runs in the past, (as dumb and unscientific as this may sound)the results are always very obvious when I look at myself in the mirror..and this last time, I looked exactly the same as before cycle...what do you suggest I do different this time bro...or how should I set my cycle up so it works????As I mentioned Ive gotten some new caps and maybe that will fix the problem (havent tried them yet)...what do you suggest bro....
 
The secret to DNP will always be to eat clean and low carb while on your cycle... not raising the dose.

And since BUSINESS WEEK failed to raise this issue in their shoddy example of "investigative" journalism...

...AND FOR GODSAKE DON'T LET AN ILL INFORMED MEDICAL COMMUNITY KILL YOU BY GIVING YOU CONTRAINDICATED DRUGS WHILE YOU ARE ON DNP!!!
