Right... That's the secret to FEELING GOOD while on DNP...

But the amount of fat you lose depends on how much DNP you take and how many (total) cals you eat... No matter how 'clean' the food is...

Personally, I feel best aiming to eat next to zero carbs-- I only drink Pepsi when I need a boost.

Andy, I've noticed you apparently take DNP quite often. I was just curious as to your body type (endomorph?) and what are typical results for YOU on a 2-day cycle or 3-day cycle?

Does DNP damage DNA or cause other reproductive abnormalities? Anyone on here had kids after using DNP?

What is the best way to not have low T3 levels at the end of a DNP cycle? Is this something I should be worried about?

Not IMO.It doesn't cause any long term suppression of TSH,it's only very temporary.If REAL concerned about it,you could run 12.5mcgs/day of cytomel,but personally,I'd just let mine recover on its own.

I don't take DNP often.. Last winter I thought I'd try a few runs to see if I could find one that I felt was optimal..

With the two day/week cycle, I was easily losing 3-4 lbs/fat until I got down there real low.. Then I didn't lose as much fat because I didn't lower my cals enough.. Plus the t3 thing catching up etc.... These two day/weekers shouldn't be done for months on end.. It will just catch up with you.. But, hey, they are off the hook for blasting through a large amount of fat in one month.

I must remind you though... I did not just diet for two days, then hit the buffet.. I was very careful with my diet. I wanted the results to be as meaningful as possible...

I think if I were to do it again, I would find an amount of cals to eat/day to where I lost fat at a rate I was comfortable with, then drop it 100kcals every week..

Sounds good. I'm going to try your 2-days eventually. I'm a little too beefy. :D I put on muscle & fat easily (Endomorph with Mesomorphic tendencies I guess). Better than being the opposite though, I guess. You never said what type of body composition you have.

Also, does DNP damage your DNA? Does it mess with the human male reproductive system? I dont want to not be able to have children just because I took something to lose some weight, you know what I mean? I'd appreciate any info/studies. Thanks Andy.
