............. how many time u done power cleans, clean and jerk and snatches? huh prolly none.. i know from experience.. quit being litlle internet bitches and posting websites that dont meen a thing....most people thought i was fucking crazy when i did cleans etc,.. they didnt know wut they were.. and evidently you dont either.. thank you....
the site shows a mother fucker doing push presses... and talks about hang cleans... hang pulls etc.. do you guys actually know what these lifts are? because i do... i used to be an athlete and these are athletic lifts... you guys done anything besides powerlifting and bodybuilding...? and keep on correcting me with your false corrections.. ima make a fucking video tape of every single one of these lifts and mail the shit to ya......(halo kicking in), and i aint letting the post drop, you think ur right.. i know im right.. later
and the site shows.. many variations of cleans.. and the jerk.. but it doesnt show .. the clean and jerk... first ya power clean the shit then ya drop under or back (preference) and explode the weight up while push pressing the shit in the air... thats a god damn clean and jerk....
no its not.. i used to do both every week for a long time when i played football.. it is basically the same thing... in common words the only difference is the grip.. feet movement and putting the damn bar over your head.. now u may be thinking of the snatch vs the power clean .. but either way it is still done in the olympics....
The only thing that is different is the grip, the feet movement and putting the bar over your head???!!!! So that would be just about everything is different right!! Butt hen you used the term 'aka' so that would mean that it was just another name for exactly the same lift........which you admit it isn't now. Why do I get the impression that you aere ripping all of your info off the web and making mistakes??
For the record I have done all three (sometimes badly!!)........alot of people use these movements. You aren't the only person to have ever done them. Many powerlifters use these lifts as auxillary lifts........
