I definately think they are. People make you believe they're like a magic pill or something. Ain/t mathing magical about it. Eat, sleep and shoot juice and your body will make gains but you won't become the incredible hulk over night like a lot of people make you believe.
Another thing, people tell you they gain 25pds or 30 pds and your'e like WOW. Motherfuckers don't tell u half of that weight is water and fat. If you gain 10-15 pds of lean muscle in 8-10 weeks, That in itself is a massive gain. Nothing like learning from personal experience. i guess
