on my 3rd week of YES and I like the my abs are lookin' good way sooner than expected! Got them popping out like a wash board. I thought it was gonna take me at least 8 weeks to get backed to my ripped and shredded abs but the Yessssssss has them back in ~ 3 weeks!

I will say that 2 cardio sesh per day and a good diet has helped a ton but its amazing how quickly I got my definition back. I like the eucalyptus / peppermint scent too.

yes it burns (actually more of an enabling action- though from the user standpoint thats irrelevant) fat.

I can honestly say I've never heard of this shit, I was under the impression that localized fat loss was impossible. This sounds almost too good to be true, I'll def. have to try it out. I'd love to look about 8% instead of 10%. How is their shipping? As quick as AG guys? Also, how often do you have to apply it

Their shipping is really rather quick. My average order takes just a hair over a week to get here... Probably 10 days max.

Apply it 20-30 mins prior to every workout. I have heard some people say they use it two times per day regardless if they are going to workout or not but I seem to think that it would be more effecient to only use it prior to your actual workouts.

If I am incorrect, please someone set the record straight.

as far as how fast it gets there- as fast as fed-ex ground travels.

if you are in florida its 1 Business day via fed ex ground. the longest is 5-6 days (thats the fed-ex max- to rural parts of the northern west coast from the east coast- though most other places are 2-4 business days). Just like all shipping companies Fed-ex has its hubs so Los Angeles for example is 4 business days.
