you should respond at that bodyfat, particularly chest... though it may not be a "noticeable" at that percentage where there is still significant bodyfat (this is why some people reccomend use at 10-12% where such losses are more pronounced) is your body fat pretty evenly distributed or is it focused in those areas? how is your calorie deficit? are you loosing fat elsewhere?

Well, I have definitely benefitted from your knowledge on this site, there is no question about that. But I think in my situation at the moment it is best for me not to use it. I'm on my 8th week of Bill Star's 5x5 and on Scott's Finest CEE, which I have most definitely benefited from, but CEE causes you to hold water weight.
Currently I have a goal of hitting 12%bf by mid-July. I think at the completion of the 5x5 I will be cycling off the CEE to reduce held water weight, and hit my mark of 12%bf. If...err...when I hit my goal of 12%bf, then I may give YES another try and see if I can see more noticeable results at 12% forward.
Thanks.
Yes, I believe so. My muscles are not as hard as they are when I am not on a cycle of CEE. I like to do 10 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Probably better for your liver and kidneys anyway.
