6-4 205# bodyweight, can bench narrow grip 240#
I think everyone with lower numbers (myself included) must realize this is a difficult exercise using relatively small muscles
I also believe that longer muscles are stronger muscles, but that cant be the only factor, bc everyone is different with tendon insertion points, number of muscle strands, etc, etc, to complex to put just on height

6'1 200lbs age 17, benching 176 and I dont care its a small amount because im advancing everyweek and growing muscle at the same time.

Why isnt there an option for people who's height is under 5'10" - these people do exist ya know.

I am 5'8", 182lb and can bench 280. I want 300 so bad I can taste it. Age 20 btw.

5'10 about 157 - 160 turned 20 2 weeks ago. Broke both my arms twice in the past year and a half so I have never really had a good amount of time to build up strenght because as soon as I get somewhere I end up hurting myself. Never maxed before but I do 160 with the 5x5 program with relative ease. I dont have any idea what my ORM would be.

as far as the short guys can bench more debate, my 2 cc's is that they can to begin with but as the taller benchers fill out they are able to become much more powerful than the shorter benchers...also it has to do with body structure, I have known guys that were just built to bench- wide shoulders and huge lats, thick lower arms, ect.

I would agree with this...

just under 6'2, about 255-260... 465 flat,435 incline

6' and a 1/2" 225-230. 285 for 5x5. havent done orm in a while. maybe 325? It's all kinda subjective isn't it. I mean at the end of a cycle with tren added it will usually be way way heavier. So it all depnds on the time of the year you ask.
