5'9", really long arms though, always had a terrible bench compared to lower body strength though.
Weigh 235lbs (10%), have benched 335lbs for a few sets of 5, 405lbs for a single
 
i'm 6'2", 200 pounds.
i bench 180 for 5 sets of 5 reps. i guess my max would be around 200. not impressive i know.

that bench in itself is not terrible by any means. which means you must have pretty damn good lower body strength.
 
i want to see Debaser's numbers...

my workout partner is getting close to 455...
hes 21 yrs old, 5'6, 178, 10-12% BF. Currently can bench press 405x4, 440x1

he has done 385x1 on incline... and since 100's are the highest DB's we have:( , he jsut does 3x15-17:)

i wish i had his strength:(
 
It's weird...i have done 3 sets of 10 with the 100s on inclines...
yet i can;t bench 300+ ... what gives? is this normal?

have you started with incline DB press? i bet thats it..
see, we do: flat, incline then incline DB.. soo, basically he has great endurance.. so its, heavy flat, heavy incline and heavy incline DB.. thats why people freak out...most people do heavy flat, then get to incline and cant lift shit... i have hit the 100's for 3x5-6 at the end of my work out.. hot too shabby for Oak.:)

if he started with incline Db, i bet he can hit 150's for sets of 10
because when we went to powerhouse he hit the 150's at the end of his work out for 1 set of 5..

i dunno hes just a machine... im a little machine comapred to him.. like a Tonka Truck...:( haha j/k

less than 2 years ago I could barely bench 225 for a set of 5, but could deadlift 550 for a single. My bench is up quite a bit as I've really worked hard at it, but it still doesnt compare to my lower body. My gym is full of guys half my size that can outbench me. But then again, the key is they are half my size, and I'm only interested in the size anyway

315x10 would probably be 410 plus, yeah.

It still blows me away, how much you can incline next to your bench press...when I did 370 years ago, I doubt I could've incline pressed 240!!!!!

Then again, I never tried *shrugs*. Haven't benched pretty much since then, either, and now I'm afraid to go back and try even though I've put on over 40 lbs. I don't want to struggle with 315 :(

Keep on inclining like a beast, bruddah. I've been told from a credible source that Nasser El Sonbaty had trouble working with 315, even though it was shortly after a contest. Perhaps one day you'll simply wake up with pecs like Nasser's :) (Going off-topic here, I think Nasser's many things in IFBB contests, but I'm still blown away that he no longer gets much recognition when he's facing front, showing the judges those crazy big, shredded pecs. Marcus Ruhl is about the only guy that appears to have thicker pecs these days...Ronnie's probably close, but he doesn't seem to know how to show it very well unless he hits a crab. Even then, I'd take Nasser's crab pose. It's insane-looking.)
