:( i feel worse everyday here with bench 6'2 190 10% bf 19 years old and i braely got 175 up for one a few weeks ago but i am squatting and deadlifting over 300 so i guess i got the lower body and no upper. it will come with time i assume:)

5'11, 240lbs my bench is not great but I can rep 315 for 8,
not sure on max, my elbows have problems(tendonitis) so I rarely max at all, Last year at a meet I did 370 but elbows cant handle much more

no worries bro, everyone starts somewhere. give it time and stick to it and youll be up with the best of em. just train yer heart out and itll pay off for sure.

no aas yet.....all natural ...besides the occassional use of creatine. I am 6'2 ht 235lb... max 380lb flat bench(2 months ago)I rested the entire week before the lift

right now i can probably get 230-235 @ 5'11" and 170lbs. last year i maxed at 250 @ 175 lbs... not great, but not bad for a natural 19 year old with a horrible diet...

less than 2 years ago I could barely bench 225 for a set of 5, but could deadlift 550 for a single. My bench is up quite a bit as I've really worked hard at it, but it still doesnt compare to my lower body. My gym is full of guys half my size that can outbench me. But then again, the key is they are half my size, and I'm only interested in the size anyway
well said. also, you've improved your 5-rep-bench by 110 pounds over 2 years. which is impressive. i say it's all about progress, no matter what you're training for. but that's another issue.

I agree with B-fold, tell G. Franks that he needs to be weaker because of his height, I think that height isn't related to strength as much as everyone thinks, add more size and the problem is fixed. Imo it's another excuse for those who won't push themselves- like the thread about wrist size, or those who say being 30-45 years old is the reason they can't lift heavy anymore.
