wow, that dude was in seriously good shape too. Is there anyone I can talk to who was close to the situation and knows exactly how he died? I ask because from an earlier post it sounds like he had heart problems.........I have a personal interest in that because I have heart problems as well. I'm not asking out of purient curiousity.

31, jesus fucking christ. And guardian didn't come across as a giant roid monkey to me either, he looked like he was in "real" good shape......not overly huge either, just right. Sucks. Does anyone know if he had prior cardiac history.........or was this completely absolutely out of the blue??

dood, it's sad how a bit of plaque can break off of a blood vessel and end it for anyone... lemme dig up an article about that.

I just saw this thread. Dammit. He was such a good bro on here. I looked up to him the most on here. I'm gonna think of him everytime I'm squatting and get quads like his and name my right leg 8and20 and the other one Guardian.
