Greco-wrestling\Bjj\Trianing???

I was going to start bjj after my wrestling season.. but ive decided that im also going to do some greco-and freestyle wrestling training also since it is available to me..

So my scedule will be bjj tuesday,thursday,saturday.

greco freestyle wrestling Monday and wednisday

and i was thinkning about just throwing in some striking work on my own for fridays.

Will this be to much going along with 4 days a week of hard lifting??

Monday-glutes quads calfs
Tuesday-chest back
Thursday-explosive\ shoudlers hamstrings
Friday-Arms

I will be lifting in the morning before scool about 6:am..and training bjj and wrestling at like 7 at night.

and also i could do some greco tournements on the weekends.

If i have a great diet will i be able to handle this.. i also want to get ripped..

ALso im looking for a workout for striking..i guess a boxing or a Thai boxing type workout.. heavy bag, and speed bag drills or ne thing else..

Man, that's going to be a hard program to stick to bro, but if you can do it that's great. You will be a tough grappler if you become adept at both wrestling and BJJ. I wish you luck, but I doubt you will be able to lift as much and as hard as you would like with all that grappling going on.
 
yea i kno..

ive relized that because im inseason now..and im real sore and tired..and its hard to lift hard...

i was thinking..maybe i could drop the greco wednisday night so i have a full day of rest to come back strong thursday,,

so i will rest sunday.. monday i will squat.. then wrestle
tuesday i have chest and upper back.. so that should b fine.. bjj

then if i give my self wednisday off.. hopfully my lower back\stabilizersd will b rested enough to clean and deadlift thursday morning..and grapple in the night..

if i cant handle it i can always cut down...

bro take it from a fellow GR wrestler, you dont wanna do squats before you go to practice, you wont be able to do anything, your throws will def suffer and dont even try high dives, out of the question, lol

I agree. But in general, that's not too high a workload. If you experience signs of overtraining, just cut back.
