Great Keto food to eat

OK, Call me really fuckjing stupid.. but what the fuck are pork grinds?

Is that the mystery meat that is in sweet and sour spare ribs?

Heres a Few

Mcdonalds double cheeseburgers no actsup no bread


Tuna with mayo and cheese wrap it in some lettuce leaves and eat like a taco...yum


Scrambled eggs with some hot sauce and Jack Pepper Cheese.

Sugar Free Jello....tahnk god for this

a little digression here but ...

opn a keto diet do you still consume a poat workout drink that has carbs ? you do you'll handle post workout nutrition ?

i have a great keto handbook..i would post if i could, but i seeing as i dont have that option, ill tell u what i know

suggested proteins;
fish,turkey, lowfat cheese, lamb,eggs etc

fats;
o.oil, flax, almonds - and those found in proteins

carbs;
broccoli,cabbage,lettuce, onion, shallots, capcicum, turnup.

basic rules;
3 meals w 1.5 palms-size protein, palm size carb. eg chicken stirfry
2 meals protein/fat only eg egg and almonds

1/2 a cup of fruit a day is allowed and accounts for 1 carb serve. fruits should be limited to straw/blue/blackberries, melons, apple, cherries.

pretty easy and healthy!
i follow it...i know ive got results b/c I have been given feedback at the gym!


any other questions..feel free to ask...

I'd have to disagree with you here. Fruits will refill liver glycogen (thanks to fructose) thus, knocking one's ass right out of ketosis.

i disagree...these fruits are v high in fibre..u just S@#t them out. A half a cup is very insignificant...doubtful it will refill liver stores.

some carbs are allowed, but are limited to 3 meals. They also suggest that if you are very sensitive to carbs, and are not reaching ketosis to cut back on carbs until you find the right level for the individual.

So, maybe fruit isnt right for every1...but the above fruits are acceptable if you chose to use them as a carb source
 
Where do all of you find pudding, cottage cheese and cream with no/low carbs?

Everything I see is way too high in carbs for a ketogenic diet.

Brand names...stores..anything you can offer is appreciated :)

i use weight watchers cottage cheese...but ide cut it out if I was cutting for summer. Now that its winter I still limit my intake..as long as your not over-doing it..carb content is fine...and the type of protein is really long-lasting and filling..
