I need to know your stats now and your diet now, as well as your current workout schedule.
In general, I can say that winny + tren + windsprints = shredded, pretty much no matter what you eat, within reason.
By 'within reason', I mean get enough protien and don't stuff your face with ice cream and cereal all day every day.
Hell, I can get lean on pizza if I run hard enough and lift heavy enough.
But that sugar will kill your program, pronto.
I sometimes resort to a strict diet of just fish and spinach and brocolli, all I can eat, whenever I can eat. This ALWAYS works. Especially on gear.
But right now I'm not on anything, and haven't been for a long time. So I might have to utilize that program myself here in the near future.
Anyway, once you get lean, you'll stay pretty close if you just do a maintainance schedule of workouts. I'm clean, and work out maybe three times weekly right now. Been that way for several months. I'm still around 7%, maybe 8% on a bad day. I stay that way by sprinting whenever I hit the gym.
