If Fonz' explanation didn't do it for you. Georgie meant those ratios of grams per lb. of his body weight. I.E. Let's assume Georgie is 200 lbs:

1.5g * 4 Kcal/g = 6 Kcal (Pro) = 300 gram protein a day = 1200 cal
.5g * 4 Kcal/g = 2 Kcal (Cho) = 100 g/day = 400 cal
.25g * 9 Kcal/g = 1.75 Kcal (Fat) = 50 g/day = 450 cal

He shouldn't have said those grams per meal, but per lb. He could do 4 or 5 meals.

No problem. It's funny, most of us read/hear what we think we should, rather than what really was written or spoken. So, you actually read it better than most of us!
 
I need to know your stats now and your diet now, as well as your current workout schedule.

In general, I can say that winny + tren + windsprints = shredded, pretty much no matter what you eat, within reason.

By 'within reason', I mean get enough protien and don't stuff your face with ice cream and cereal all day every day.

Hell, I can get lean on pizza if I run hard enough and lift heavy enough.

But that sugar will kill your program, pronto.

I sometimes resort to a strict diet of just fish and spinach and brocolli, all I can eat, whenever I can eat. This ALWAYS works. Especially on gear.

But right now I'm not on anything, and haven't been for a long time. So I might have to utilize that program myself here in the near future.

Anyway, once you get lean, you'll stay pretty close if you just do a maintainance schedule of workouts. I'm clean, and work out maybe three times weekly right now. Been that way for several months. I'm still around 7%, maybe 8% on a bad day. I stay that way by sprinting whenever I hit the gym.
 
im really strict when it comes to diet fs, i been researching your posts here and on other boards, i would really like ya to work with me on this one this time around. maybe via email or phone ya know.. i dunno maybe we can just talk like this
