what i've seen with f'nshredded, he's so high-strung (I say that respectfully - ;-)) that you have to tell him EXACTLY where you are and what you want stats-wize. Just my two cents, but he's tough to nail down cause of his personality...which helps him stay shredded!!!
 
f.s sprints on a treadmill at the fastest speed @14 mph if im not mistaken

How long do you sprint in each session, FS? I'm about to start cutting also, looking to add some sprints in this time, never really done interval training. Do you sprint on an incline or flat?

the macro's i posted above in earlier post, my weight is 232 21% bf. i could burn fat weight like nobodies buisness. i need anti-catabolic support from the gear, not to mention the lypoitc affect from the gh
