First Time AS use for a decently sized guy to begin with

Im 20 years old 6'5 and about 270. I work out here and there and have usually just used creatine like cell-tech in the past. Im just getting set into a more consistant workout routine, but really wanna go up maybe 15 or 20 pounds of muscle over the next couple months and lean out a bit... any advice on what i should take?
 
Protein, and if you wanted Test E. 500mg week for 10 weeks.

Most will tell you your not ready for AS. But it is your choice. I would go with the above to start.
 
Protein every 2-2.5 hours cut back on calories from carbs.
Drink at least 1.5 gallons of water a day.
Make sure you drink a shake right before bed and if possible in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning eat and drink water.
Take creatine ethyl ester, glutamine and a good multi vit.
Get aggresive in the gym, go heavy with good form.

Steroids are the little cherry on top of an already great physique (built over years), especially at your size. In the next few years of lifting youll know wether you want to start jacking up your libido/prostate/liver and take dieting and lifting to the next level.

How long have you been training for? What is your bodyfat %?

Ive used to lift a lot about 2 years ago, but over the past year ive worked out consistantly maybe 2 weeks of every month.. not too much.. my body fat is prob somthing like 18 or 19 judging from when i last took it

You need atleast another year or 2 of solid natural training before you consider adding A/S.
 
AAS is not something to dabble in. Working out "here and there" is not going to cut it. I'd also advise dropping about 15-20 lbs before you start a cycle, as you will most likely gain some fat with it. Men with ~ 20% bf should not be using AAS imo.
 
Like was already said, you can do a cycle but the benefits will be almost nill on untrained muscles. I have seen it happen way to many times.
