I don't think that you build more Mass from overtraining either
be consistent in the gym that's going to be the key
try and avoid overtraining that can hold you back
get your split routines down correctly I would stick to three or four days splits
I would definitely switch it up and be more in the 8-12 rep range. But likely, the biggest change will happen if you analyze your diet.
