On Thursday, August 17, 2006 The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver ruled in favor of the FDA regarding the ban on Ephedra. The case will now be sent back to the Utah Judge with instructions to enter a judgment for the FDA. Although the Ephedra advocates will seek a rehearing in front of the entire 10th circuit...
So what does this mean exactly? I forgot what the fda ban did. I have been buying Primatine Tabs at walgreens (10$ for 60 - just sign for it) and I am wondering if they'll still continue to sell it with id. I love this stuff for energy and it's sad if they completely take it off. Hell, even pharmacists say that the new replacement for ephedra in most cough meds doesn't work as well as ephedra.. any comments?
