this thread will be open at 830pm est time. Each canadate will post up to let us know they are present. We will wait till 845pm est time. At which time the debate will start.

I will ether ask a question to all the candidates and they will all answer it or I will ask one of them a question and that candidate will answer it.

The thread is closed to all other posters unless I post (this thread is open for posts) I will do this at random times threw out the debate. When I am ready to ask more questions I will post (this thread is now closed).

In order to make sure things run smoothly please do not post in this thread unless the thread is open. I have chosen to forgo the time limits on the candidates have to answer the questions. I think they can all do it in a timely manner and things will run smooth if every one stays out of the thread when the thread is not open for posts.

some responsibilities. You failed these responsibilities (or at least in the eye's of the people that charged you with them you did).

What can you say to the members of EF to restore there trust in you. What would you say to them that would help them trust that this time you will not drop the ball on them as you did when given the mentor spot.
