This is my third week with dbol at 30-35mg per day(depending on awake hours).
First week and second was fine. Now in the third week my pumps are amazing. I like them a lot but when it comes to doing legs and back It's just too much.
I just came from the gym. I thought I would do squats this time in the smith machine to lower the stress on my lower back. With the free weighjt squats I get to much pump.
Well I started squating and in the third warmup set it began. I streched the back but too late. I then packed on with weight and did one set of 5reps, mnore than that would probably kill me. I then waited 3 minutes but the pain was too massive. I told my self "pussy squat" and did another set and almost died. I did a total of 4 sets and after thjat I was finished. I couldn't stand up. The pump and pain was sick.
I mean This is just too much. I know pumps can be amazing but when it gets this far, when you can't do 100% in the gym because of the pain from the pump, then I rather drop the shit.
I'm holding water yes, a lot too actually even with 50mg proviron and some nolvadex + dandellion.
I will copntiinue this week at 25mg per day, then go off for 4 weeks. Then step on winny at 50mg because I know I do not get the same pump from that.
Next time, in dec when I'm doing my second one(already planed for the next competing year) I will probably use anadrol instead as a lot of people do not get the sick pump pains from it as they do with dbol.)
