No doubt....E-1 to E5 in less than three with perfect APFT and perfect marksman score....I think its wagering money material...I'll also warn you that I have been awarded a bucket of Army Achievement medals so you probably don't want to throw down on things your dd 214 is/are specific about...Oh, I have been awarded a combat badge for Desert Storm on mine as well as an airborne and Air Assault badge.....top that chair monkey....
