Infinite monkey theory:
If there are an infinite amount of monkeys banging on typewriters, eventually one of them will bang out all of shakespeares work.
If there are billions of people, eventually one (or more) will have the right genetics, access to gear, reaction to gear and training etc to make Mr. Olympia multiple times.
