Doggcrapp training method...experiences??

ive gotten good gains from DC's workout, personally i think its all about the rest pause and controlling the lift opposed to how much your liftin
 
ive gained great overall mass on this program, espeically on bodyparts that i could never grow (lats, biceps, and even my chest seems wider and fuller). Im still doing DC, the leg workouts are fucking brutal (20 rep squats completely wipe me out, but my thighs are definitely fuller and thicker. The stretches are intense and definitely help in recovery.
