Does Equipose cause severe rage?

Roid rage is not a myth, I don't give a fuck what anyone says. It's controllable, but increased horomone levels do have an effect on the psyche. If you're an uncontrollable asshole, you're gonna be worse on juice. If you have self control, you won't have problems with it. But just because you can control something doesn't mean it's not present.

anyone raging while on any steroid really needs a reality check, that rage is 100% you, the steroids are just a convenient excuse to act the fool

I agree 100%
Steroids DO NOT cause roid rage

Its simply used as a scapegoat for guys who cant control their emotions properly :o

rage is just a lame excuse for dick like behaviour-it isnt the AAS ..its YOU!

Firstly, as has been alluded to I don't believe EQ or Deca have much potential for "roid rage". And I do believe "rage" is an excuse for assholes to be bigger assholes as Author Rea says.

But, there is some potential for personality changes with AAS partly because testosterone is a "loner" hormone. Some of the effects test has on personality were designed by mother nature for working alone or in small groups. IOW, the hormone is misunderstood. It would probably help if users would realize what they're actually dealing with when they experience "rage", as it's not (IMO) test's supposed tendency to encourage violence so much as it is loner feelings rearing their head.

Of course there are also quite a few bros feeling they're "raging" when in fact they're dealing with side effects from easily aromatizing steroids. Bloat can cause some irritability of it's own IMO and that has zero to do with testosterone's direct effects on personality. However, I don't think any of this has much to do with EQ, because I seriously doubt there is any potential at all for either EQ or Deca to cause rage by any standard. In fact, I would go so far as to state that Deca would probably be the exact opposite in moderate dosages and EQ is probably fairly similar. As a matter of fact, a moderately low dosage of nandrolone by itself as I understand it will actually reduce many male characteristics such as MPB and can even function as a moderately effective male birth control.

I'm currently building/formulating an AAS cycle that doesn't have any of the more potent androgenic drugs in it (in the past I've done gallons of Test. Eth., "Cyp", and untold bottles of the old CIBA Dianabol tablets...always with problems of fighting, etc.). I'm a strength athlete, I'm not a bodybuilder, and I heard Equipose gave good strength increases. I was thinking of stacking it with Deca, and from what I've read Deca is the most powerful of the anabolic steroids (though in the past I always stacked the meaner stuff with deca so I don't know how much, if any, the anger problems had to do with deca, and how much they had to do with the more potent stuff).
My "natural" lifting right now is going no where these days (I've been lifting for 24 years), and I want some help. Without the fist-fights and social grief.
Is this possible? To avoid the meaner androgenic sides (like rage) by using just the weaker anabolics? A long running, low to moderate dosage cycle of crap like inject primabolan, anavar, winstrol maybe, if Equipose & deca are too grouchy? Whadd'ya think? Or am I screwed to being a non-gaining "natural" lifter from now on? (I've used roids for much of my lifting career, and BOY do I miss the gains). thanx...
I think you need to learn some self control and get your behavior under control. Quit using roids as a excuse to be a asshole.

I'm actually reading a study right now about how steroids affect mood. I do stuff like this regularly because I'm a psych major. Steroids do indeed make you more aggressive, but there is no indication that they increase anger or violence. If you are violent when you are on, you are a violent person period. You lack self-control because you allow the added aggression to fuel your anger and use it as an excuse to rage. Pretty pathetic if you ask me! The only indication of gear on mood is the added aggression to be the asshole that you already are. People who are nice, are just as nice or nicer while on gear.

awesome f*ckin post....and so true, when im on gear im glowing, happy as a pig in sh*t.....and to tell you the truth, i would be more likely to fight off gear than on it (not that i fight people when off)....so it seems this side applies only to those who have anger problems in general, the gear can make an already existing anger problem worse...but by no means causes it

Right! Studies indicate that the added aggression will make users more arrogant to display their ALREADY PRESENT anger and violence. But gear DOES NOT CAUSE anger or violence in individuals. If someone has a gentle and peaceful personality, gear can boost confidence in order to display these traits as well. Basically, the added aggression is problemless for individuals with self-control, and to those without self-control, the added agression gives them more confidence to show their true colors. I'm happy and nice when I'm on too ricorico...good post btw!

I think that's a contributing factor, yes. The hormones, however, do have internal functions on mood as well.
