Do you ever favor one body part over the others while training?

Such as, putting MUCH more effort & intensity into one muscle, and just draggin ass on another...

I find myself absolutely KILLING my shoulders, tri's, and chest. However I fucking HATE doing back and bi's. Sometimes I wouldn't even call it a workout on Back/bi day...

anybody else guilty? :)
 
I'd say I'm a little more psyched up on back day....and my back is my most advanced bodypart (in terms of thickness and definition) because of that I think.
 
I pretty much punish my back & delts more than other bodyparts. Probably because they're my two favorites to train!
 
I must admit. My right arm gets more attention then my left. Not from jacking off. I just like to turn that side to the mirror while performing dumbell curls, since the tats make it look bigger. haha Ahhhhhhh..... We all have our little vices............
 
for a while I was so wrapped up in not building a beach body because thay wasnt the look I wanted that I neglected typical beach body parts early in my training,ie bi's/chest,now I am pissed because the rest is miles ahead,though chest is catching up slowly,bis arent budging however
 
my preferences have changed a few times. i used to love training chest and bi's. now I love training back, bi's, tri's, and chest. mostly because my back is responding at a very satisfying pace, and my arms are my best asset. there's nothing i dislike training except maybe calves because they hurt so damn much, but i do love the results.
