Yeah way to complicated,all i remember is it saying like an egg white wen cooked turning white etc thats it being denatured an losing its protein or sumin oooooft il leave it to the scientists
 
I dimly recall something about a payoff, cooking the egg makes it easier to digest so though it may have less actual protein what it does have is easier to use.... If that makes any sense....

Great Cardio work D. I love the English people, man you guys like to scrap. I have some friends from England and those boys love to do two things. Fight and Drink. Not necessarily in that order. Lmao

My buddies like to go watch a match.(football) At a pub. Lol And get hammered and the funny thing is those guys can drink way past excess and still carry on like it was nothing. Lol I don't drink either but when I go out with my British pals I know what to expect. Lol

This reminds me of one time in a club a fight broke out ,we were playing ,this guy took a half filled Pitcher and broke it swinging it with a hard right,i moved over to Frog our other Guitar player and said i got $5 on the guy in the blue shirt, When we first started playing i took pics of everywhere we played ,down at the Flaming 441 there i put in my scrapbook "this is the first place we played with bullet holes in the door" Sure enough there was at least 8 of them. I heard that someone got pissed over a girl!

AND Alcohol is legal?????? go figure!

Me and alcohol just don't mix I've made some of the worst decisions ever under the influence from not so bad things to some things which were stupid and tbh I'm lucky to be alive.
Since feb 2010 I've Only drank once and from that day I vowed I'd never drink again. I hate the stuff .
 
I'm would normally post up my calorie breakdown but today I haven't had a chance to record it I've been busy all day I have eaten clean but just not had the chance to weigh etc.
Never mind back to usual tomorrow guys,

Thanks Chic!! ;) my 3rd attempt today at ohp 60kg 5x5. I missed one rep last week that sucks!

And yeah CS and Bader your both right on lol. On that stuff you feel invincible like in Baders words a walking god but that's the problem well certainly in my case anyway ;)
Now I just don't drink as drink in my case leads to trouble !

Heres a tip on reaching it , Drop the weight to 50% do it fast until failure,do this for 3 weeks and then go for it ,i bet you won;t believe how easy it will be. :)

Don't feel too bad luv, it happens. I really like what Radar said. I did a similar thing with lat pulldowns to help with my pull ups once...
If that doesn't work I've another trick up my sleeve which may help. :)

Yeah Bounce is right, 60kg is bloody great for you. It's like 80% of your BW. Not to be sniffed at! :) compare that to me, I'd have to be doing 5x5 with 88kg to have the same proportional strength. :) do what Radar said and then come back and kill it! :D

Ok switch this over the 10x3 at the same weight. Once you get to 10x3 then add weight but not until.

Thanks Lads !! You cheered me up ;) I guess I'm just finding it strange that I've list strength due to my diet I was OHP @ 67.5kg before I started the diet and calorie cut.
But on a good note I'm starting to look cut up instead of like a big shapeless lump ;)

Thanks i Actualy find the squats pretty easy too , That's what I will do then I like the 10x3 on bench it done wonders for my strength.
Tbh I'm still working with the dead that guy said to do it side ways at the mirror and soon as I left I knew where I'm going wrong it's when I reach lock with shoulder blades flexed then on the way back down that's where the curve in my spine happens. It's driving me mad but at least I now know where the problem lies now I just need to correct it ;)

when you do those 100 curls do you do both arms at the same time or alternate each arm curl? wide grip, supinated, twist? A little more description on this, cause I might do it just for a killer pump burnout next bi day.

Otherwise, you're doing awesome D. Great numbers. You gotta know, when on a calorie deficit, strength will plateau and sometimes weaken, just push hard, luckily AAS gives us a boost, but we're not powerlifting, we're body transforming! :D <3

Hey Bader, Thanks for that yeah your right I just think its taken a bit of getting used to.
I'm now benching my Pb and same with squats and rows. Seems the only thing I've lost strength with is my OHP after all so don't know why I got worried lol ;),
My curls are just the regular one arm at a time twist on the way up to contract the muscle. I'm only hitting them because i had to quit bent over rows so my bi's started to deflate lol everything else absolutely tortures my tendon in my elbow ..

Guys I won't be logging my food today as I have a hectic day ahead Ive got to take my dog to a specialist to get him an operation on his back. Poor little thing ,

I will still be eating clean etc just won't have time to weigh and log.

Really? All our dogs loved walkies, used to take em for miles. Trouble is they get fitter, so at the end of the walk I'd go up a hill and my li'l bro at the bottom we'd call them back and forth until they were knackered. Then they'd sleep for ages. Of course doing this makes them even fitter so the cycle continues.....

Lol :) we had a jack Russell about the size of a cat who had the biggest case of "short man syndrome" ever, used to go for anything as long as it was big and powerful! A collie cross who was so intelligent he seemed to be able to understand specific detailed instructions (not as specific as "Timmy's trapped down the old well, go alert the village fire chief") who would never fight any other dog and then my favourite a collie bitch who was the most obedient (I trained her from a pup) she'd come running from miles away when I called her, kept to heel perfectly while the boys always had to wander off sniffing stuff then peeing over it all and of course she could rescue li'l Timmy from the well, call the fire service, foil the bank robbers' plans, bring the cavalry, help the li'l old ladies across the street and, of course, be back in time for tea and medals!

Ok so as I for the past three weeks have been 1 rep short of my full set of OHP Zed suggested doing same weight but 10x3 which when I struggled at bench he told me to do that and worked fine.
So I was eager to hit them today well you won't believe me when I tell you so just check out my session below lmao ;)
