when you do those 100 curls do you do both arms at the same time or alternate each arm curl? wide grip, supinated, twist? A little more description on this, cause I might do it just for a killer pump burnout next bi day.

Really? All our dogs loved walkies, used to take em for miles. Trouble is they get fitter, so at the end of the walk I'd go up a hill and my li'l bro at the bottom we'd call them back and forth until they were knackered. Then they'd sleep for ages. Of course doing this makes them even fitter so the cycle continues.....
