^if you have a costco card, at least around here they have an organic bag of fresh brocolette for super cheap... im trying to eat as much organic as possible, my brother in law swears by it, so im giving it a try to see if it helps...
they also have a super good price on organic ground beef if you are into that...

Your totally right bout the organic stuff I know the pesticides they use on the normal stuff kills muscles one my physiotherapists told me that ,
 
+1 on those yummy broccoli from Costco. Also their price on lean ground turkey is soooo cheap! Like 2.29 a pound. I make a stew that lasts me 3 days with about 6 pounds of it. Also have organic green beans and great prices on that too.

We unfortunately dont have a Costco we have a SAMs club instead but they at least have some good bargains on some things. Usually have to bounce around four or five store to find the good deals. Lifts are looking very good donna very impressive and diet is right on point. Good luck with the new lifts this week.

@ 77.5 kg 170lbs 8x3 + 2 reps!! IM aiming for 10x3 My form is staggering slightly as I get tired but I'm sure that will fix

Seated lat raise row 5x5 @ 80kgs 176lbs

Missed out these curls today im going to do them 1 time per wk as I'm sure that if I do them on a mon it makes my bench harder on wed ,

10x3 is an excellent way to add poundage to any life IMO. Or to blast through a sticking point. Also gr8 for raw strength gains or for a cut. Gr8 addition to any program and it works!

I'll have to give it a shot. I'm due to hit a sticking point in my bench sometime soon (going for 250 next!). In fact that's what Ima do for my pull ups I seem to have stalled there for some reason!

A lot of people seem to have difficulties controlling their lower trunk/hip areas. They'll tighten up and get stiff after heavy lifting, that's why I stretch a lot.... And so I can kick people in the head.... :)

Then I spent over an hour assembling a punch bag and speed ball in my back garden only now I'm too tired to punch it lmfao. I will just have to look at it until tomorrow I'm completely knacked !! Food time I think!!

75g oats, 10g sultanas, 10g almonds, tble spoon honey, 1.5g creatine , made with half 2% half water,
Protein shake with a gelatine sachet
Banana pint water

10.15 sups Animal pump, calcium/vit d ,2 xfish oil caps 2 x garlic caps, vit c, Bcaa an Dbol liver 52 washed down with pint of water


11.00 LIFTING pint water

12.15 170 g chic breast , 50g spinach, 100g sweet pot , 45 g broccoli
Pint water
Sugar free jello
Pint water


3.00 can tuna or 200g steak medallion 100g cot cheese green salad
Pint water
2garlic caps , 2fish oil caps ,Bcaa, liver 52
Shake


6.00 150g lean turkey or fish salmon/cod with green leafy veg
Pint of water

Cup green tea


7.30 15 almonds 5ml olive oil,5ml omega 3 oil , Bcaa 2 garlic , 2 fish oil liver 52
Pint water

9.00 casein 45 g with water

Sleep around 10hrs

This is my diet 3 days per week on lifting days , the other days my breakfast would be fruit and fibre or shredded wheat and a banana , then at 10.15 a couple pieces of fruit apple/pear/banana
On lifting days I don't eat at 10.15 as animal pump needs an empty stomach to fully work.

Thanks Lg. well so far so good I dropped a lot fat and seems to be tidying me up a little def wise , the cal deplete has made training a hella lot harder but I'm giving it my all I refuse to be defeated lol and I'm getting there just slower to avoid injury.

Ok so got to 7 sets and missed one rep so i made rest in-between 5 mis stead of 4 and thought no way is this getting the better of me again that bloody 1 rep ! haha so I done set 9 then on set 10 I done four reps stead of 3 so that is 10x3 eventually lmfao @60kg/131lbs.

Rack pulls from just below knee hight @ 110 kg 242lbs 5 reps


Zed this 10 reps is burning me out and takes me way past my gym allowance do you have any suggestions my friend?

Thanks for having faith in me, yeah it's only 5 reps more than 5x5 but the rest in between takes longer for more sets , yeah I kinda only have 1 1/4 to train as I leave straight after work to do my session then need to be back no later than 12.30 for lunch etc.

Oh did he now? Well far be it for me to contradict needto! Let's just say I'm elaborating....

I see, you're working out in a tight schedule, same here really I work 12 hours a day and train mainly in my lunch hour so I know what it's like having to fit it all in to a small time frame. that's why I do my cardio separately if I'm doing it in the same day as lifting.

Nah def not under the thumb! But I work 12 hours a day mon-fri and she works 9 tue-sun so we never get a day off together and by the time she gets home it's nearly my bed time.... So cutting down the time I spend hanging out at EF would be good really....
