I had a li'l relapse a few weeks back but a little medication sorted it right out. What meds do you have for yours? One of those inhalers? The Doc gave me one but I hated it and found something better. Had to self medicate though...
 
Well I have a couple different inhalers I have to take them morning and night or my chest wheezes

Close, clenbuterol. Is Albuterol better for asthma? I know everyone seems to think its better for fat loss but I never took enough for that. 20-40 mcg per day max. :)

Quick post up between reps, felt bit crap this morning but 3 sets into squats and I'm feeling gurd!
Gym empty as mostly is AM so blasting The Carter 3 my fav lifting album , think I'm going to cut pre workout carb load a little as I'm not sure with my diet been clean all day until the next morn when I load up that it's making me crash as its been the last 3 days I felt like that.. Any opinions guys n gurls?

What are you saying? You're crashing later in the day after carb loading pre workout in the AM? I can't see your diet breakdown so I don't know what your eating through the day, from personal experience, I find fasted cardio a real killer and being on a low carb diet keeps my legs feeling dead most of the day.

Yeah CS I eat my carb loads the go to work two our shift the feel like I cba after that bout two hours from breaky
 
Also not quite on the squats my Monday's session will be the highest I've achieved will be 175lbs, I had a break of one week after 12 wks then de loaded 20% now I'm just about where I left off.

Sounds to me like you're glycogen depleted which could be why you feel sluggish. I always feel lethargic if I haven't had enough carbs. although an ex used to get sleepy after eating them. Go figure!

I'd say your lower back is flexing too much with that lift. (I said this on YouTube as well)

Personally I make sure my lumbar spine is extended as much as possible. Not flexed at all. Try keeping it that way all the way up...

I'm happy with the numbers but still haven't got all the strength back that I had while on the test p, I know that's prolly normal with the less cals and also cardio will be taxing too.
Now I got 2 40 min cardio sessions per week then abs on top. I read an article today that when you cut you should take 2g of protein per lb of weight so you don't end up burning muscle through cardio and diet. It was interesting You might like to read it I will post a link now.

Yeah I'm feeling pretty good thanks a couple issues which I of corse expected as I'm asking the same from my body but with less calories so tbh I feel kinda sluggish until I get in there and start lifting I've cut cardio to x2 40 min sessions a wk , I am cutting up nicely I'm happy so far building some great abs in there lol just need to not tax my body too much by doing too much cardio and keep my priority at lifting with the diet and lifting my body will burn fat ,

good idea cutting back on the cardio, this way when u hit a wall u have room to work with...slower is so much better when cutting, that muscle is so precious lol

10x3 @ 75kg 165lbs

Up to set 5 2 min gap, 6-10 3 min gap.

Seated lat raise. 5x5 @ 75kg . 165lbs 37.5 each side pulled both at same time..

100 curls
@ 5kgs 11 lbs
arms blew up like balloons the pump was unreal I couldn't even make a fist (not that I was planning on using a fist lol)

Absolutely loved today's session Zed added 10lb on to my bench and if I'm honest I was very reluctant but I totally smashed it no spotter either.

Also I tried to make them but forgotten to add the milk needless to say they were minging lmao!

I read of you cook protein powder in breaks down the macronutrients and kills the protein. But still if they taste Good that's all good ;)
