Ok so yesterday I done 60 mins fasted cardio followed by some trap work. Super Zed shrugs lol and normal shrugs. I weighed in @ 139.5 lbs in sep I was 160lbs and at beginning of comp was 150lbs . I feel tiny now but look the best I've ever looked I'm hoping if I get down to 135lb and my abs be fully showing I'm kinda not wanting to go any lower. Today I'm having a day off my first in over a week !!
 
Great job girl! You will hit your goal, not even worried about it.

Doing ok thanks. Running around like a mad man lol but that's nothing new hahaha. Did some legs and chest yesterday (was supposed to be all legs but my buddy messed up his back so we did some non load bearing moves like leg press (with a support behind his back and only moderate weight and higher reps, along with some extensions and curls and calves then a few exercises for chest and that was it). Still took like an hour and a half but good workout overall.

How about you?
 
I wanna join in! I didn't go to the gym Thursday it Friday cos I was too bloody tired from work. But I did do 90 mins kickboxing thurs night, I was shagged! Still managed to bust some Brice Lee moves on some peeps though! :evil:

Love that Bruce Less moves stuff bro. Also like some of the Van Damm moves. Just some tho. My fav was when I would be matched up against a TKD guy and he would come in with a pretty (but usless) high round house kick. Now I couldnt do a split like Van Damm could but I would go down on one knee and block that kick with my hand. Then with the other hand give em a nut punch. Hilarious to see the expression on their face....good old days.
 
It's funny y'know, but I got a 2nd degree black belt in TKD and what I was taught was NOTHING like what I see other TKD guys doing. What we were taught resembled TKD only in that you lead with your leg cos it's longer, but the stance was much closer, similar to a boxing stance and there were a lot of hand movements involved, when I see TKD guys on tv or in freestyle tournaments I don't see them as being the same as me just cos it says Taekwondo on their suits. That's why we started wearing plain suits, sometimes just kickboxing pants and a t-shirt. No one ever guessed we did TKD. (Well it's a TKD/boxing hybrid really with some Muay Thai and Savat thrown in for good measure ;) )

I know what you mean cs. Studied tkd for 17yrs bro and my stance is closer as well. I find that in real world situations the closer stance is much more practical.

Hey Zed, I'm managing it will I must say I'm still sticking at the fact that I won't be growing for the next month while I finish up this cut, my abs are getting better by the day, get bf% done mon but weight sat at 139lbs fri from 150lbs 2.5 wks ago. I have gained 3lb water after my refead on sun but that should be off tomorrow so by fri in guessing weigh in bout 135lbs. Surely my abs should be out by then. 1nce they are shown I'm thinking what diet will be best to maintain muscle also build for new program but without gaining too much fat. Wonder if you might be able to help we with that Zed? After summer I'm not too bothered bout bf as long as I'm gaining muscle but just till then I would love to keep shape and earn muscle at same time. Thanks chief lol I've been giving this a lot of thought can you tell haha x

Damn you some vascularity going on in your forearms there D!!!

Nice pull ups too, I see you were swinging a bit, that can put you off your stroke so to speak.

A top tip I found recently for pull ups is to look up at the ceiling, I e found that rounding your back by tryin to stick your chin over the bar somehow makes you weaker in that last part of the movement. Of course it could just be me being weird!

For the last three days my training has suffered and after my morning training and cardio for the rest of the day I've been shot so lethargic aching legs and headache. So after reading this had three pancakes a big bowl of oats three slices bread and a glass of milk. Immediate I felt the lethargy subside , I then when to bed knowing I will be out of keto I still will hit my fasted am cardio and lifting , I woke this morning feeling great cant wait to train. After reading this I'm almost sure that's what my issue was as my bf has dropped dramatically , I'm due my normal refead thur so will keep that too and minister me next week. Any thoughts on this guys?

Interesting article. I reckon you're bang on the money there with needing the extra carbs. Thing is the body NEEDS carbs they're essential nutrients so starving yourself of them for too long can't be good. Just common sense really. As far as the lipton thingymajig sending you into starvation mode check this out.

going good D ,sometimes you have to spike the system to get it going again, anytime that occurs CARBs are your answer.
just keep doing what you're doing I have faith in you.
also don't forget to have a handfull of of almonds for micro nutrients and essentual fatty acids between meals at least 3 times daily.

Macam accent sounds very similar to Geordie accent, Sunderland is very close to Newcastle so southeners like myself get them mixed up! Bit like how northeners can get London and Essex accents mixed up or how I can't tell the difference between an American accent (ok I'll know a southern US accent!) and a Canadian accent.

"Big Mikey" is a joke/ fictional character who hangs round gyms selling dodgey gear. I basically just meant do your research before jumping on it.

Guys I'm going to take a week of posting up , I failed my exam last week and judging by the one today I'm expecting to fail that too. So nothing but my head in the books for the next couple weeks.
