Good on the workout boobsy!
Remember on the Upright Rows, not higher then your sternum. This will save your shoulders.
And I find that if I use an EZ bar for my CGBP it really isolates the outer head of my triceps.

The seated calf press I started doing a couple sets 1 legged after doing your 1 legged killas presses then finish of with two legged seated calf press with heavy weight.

Ok I've been thinking I have nothing to aim for comp wise so I'm considering starting to clean bulk now. I see these months when I was going to cut up to end July as potential to add mass wasted. Ok so I like the way I look but that's not really the point I want to look my best for next April comp and to me that means more size.
Would love your opinions guys.

I reckon you should bulk till December then cut for the comp. You'll have plenty of time to drop bf and if you don't go overboard on the bulk I doubt there'll be too much to shift anyway. :)

There is no other reality then thread jacking! Lmfao! Sorry crazy hectic few weeks. I close on my house on Wednesday as well as moved a lot of my stuff in on Saturday and then my mom is moving as well on Wednesday so I will be helping with that. Plus a crazy work load at work I am just losin it lol.

Crappy part is that I am going to have to take this week as a rest week (which i probably need) and then I am going to have to find a new gym (have 2 in mind) close to my new house since my current gym is nowhere near where i live or work so not practical even though the price of $20 a month is nice lol. However I found a way to get my medical to cover my gym membership so I don't care too much about cost of membership too too much but still an inconvenience. The one I am leaning towards is run by a former bodybuilder (I believe) and is super nice and is supposed to have everything you need and then some. So will be checking them out soon.
