Evil is anyone who intentionally causes harm to another person. It is people who know by their actions that they are taking from someone that is not theirs to take and they do not care. Someone who does drugs or anything to themsleves are not evil, they are not out their hurting people on purpose. Evil people do everything in cold blood without a care for what happens. Jails and such are good, they work on people who just need punishing, shop lifting is not hurting another person physically or emotionally. You know exactly what evil is, if you don't believe in evil then you have your head up your ass.

Rape, malicious assault, murder, ruining someone elses life through your actions on purpose is evil!

Im betting half you people don't even believe in God, the devil, heaven or hell. I believe in all, and I would love to send all evil to where they belong as soon as possible so they can have their just reward and suffer for eternity

SSS, if you read my posts. You know that I was molested by my aunt and uncle as a child, and am in the process of prosecuting them in court. Do you know why it happened to me? Becuase members of my family kept it secret, and some even defended my uncle for doing it when he was younger. They are accountable, and I am coming after eachand every one of them, and plan on ruining their lives for it when I am done with him.

Several years ago, I had him in my crosshairs and was a second from putting a 168 gr sierra match king between his eyes. I hesitated and chose this route instead. I spared him... and now every child that he molested from that day on, I am accountable for. One day, i am going to have to apolgise to each of those children for allowing their molestor to live, whenI had the chance to take him out and get away with it, knowing what he was and that he would do it again.

So don't fucking talk to me about justice.

Nothing like LEO dispensing justice instead of the criminal justice system.

So, from your take on this, the death penalty is appropriate for assault or aggravated assault?

When a cop shoots someone, the fact that the act could be punished with death penalty in front of a judge is irrelevant. Otherwise, most countries on this planet would not issue handguns since they have a potential of killing. Even many US states wouldn't. When facing a threat, you must consider 3 aspects: possibility (reasonnable distance form you, 20 yards is the golden rule here), opportunity (tools-weapon-strenght necessary) and the intention (in this case it's was obvious). These 3 together are enough to justify the use of lethal force.

BTW ever been in Germany and took a ride on the highways ? When they say "halt polizei" you better stop cause otherwise they'll shoot you even if you're not a direct threat and speeding/DUI is not punished with death.

What area do you live in? I'll look up some local college programs for you, namely:

Logic
Ethics

Because it doesn't seem like you're very well-versed in either.

Obviously, you've never been part of any LE agency nor have any knowledge. I also highly doubt you know the basic of self defense and use of lethal force, including its legal aspect.

BBF these people like to live in a fantasy land, doubt they will ever recieve their own wake up calls, I had a friend who was adamant against the death penalty, then one of his friends was murdered in cold blood, actually a very high profile incident in this state, I know the boys dad even owns a pizza shop, but anyways after that my friend was very much for each of those mother fuckers getting what they deserved, that being death

- in Canada you can legally shoot someone after being beaten cause you were basically fearing for your life. LEO shoot robbers on a monthly basis after the fact. Go on, beat a cop and then turn your back. Trust me, you'll end up in ER...
