Deadlifts

Quadruple ply canvas/poly hybrid bench shirts you say?

I wish the OP would post up. I remember him coming on here a while back and he posted some gaudy stats. Maybe I should use my platinum power

Maybe, maybe not. All I know is that I work out with a few of the strongest guys there are. I have never seen them do this kind of DL volume or workout.

After studying Ed Coan and Captain Kirk, I can say with reasonable certainty that this would not be a workout they would do either.

But, WTF do I know? There are a lot of freaks out there that can do amazing things.

FOR EVERYONES QUESTIONS:
Im not going to say i can do something if i cant. I do this back workout every couple of months to give it one hell of a shock to spark new growth. I dont compete and never will compete. I just
love lifting heavy and trying to do the impossible. I have always been extremely strong my whole life. In high school I paused rep 400lbs raw on the bench press at a bodyweight of 176lbs. I always warm-up differently when I workout. Sometimes I'll warm-up with 100reps on the deadlift w/the 45lb bar or 100reps on the bench w/the 100lb bar. Im 6'1" and currently at 270lbs. Just turned 31 in january. I lift for me and not for a trophy or someones amusement.

I did mine raw. If it was not raw, then who gives a crap. My own opinion using a shirt, deadlift suit or squat suit is not a true lift. Again my own opinion.

big numbers, that's something to be proud of. I can't imagine what a small fraction of the worlds population has the strength that you do. I would love to know what it's like to have that kind of strength. One of the things I've noticed, as my strength has doubled, tripled, is how light everyday objects feel. A full gallon of milk, something that normal people consider heavy, must feel weightless to you. That's awesome. How do you not break someone's had, by shaking it?

That reminds my of a strong friend, that was awkward and didn't know his own strength. He would routinely, accidently crush an ice cream cone, as he tries to eat it. Or squeezes and punctures his fingers through a Styrofoam cup, spilling his drink all over. Funny stuff.

Anyways, thanks for sharing!
