honestly i think he's a good bro too I'm glad you said something, Im not going to participate in cyber bullying anymore.. it's really not that cool and hopefully more people around here will take that into consideration

First, I mean this just doesn't make any sense you muppet. Clean it up. Second, the fuck are you talking about ugly ho's? The ratio of hot chicks to ugly chicks is roughly the same in a crossfit gym as anywhere else. It's really not why you go there though, nobody looks good passed out on the floor ready to puke after a wkt.
 
Workout today

10 minutes
10 lunges with 20lb db
20 db touch ground n up to sky w 1 arm

10 minutes
5 sit ups
10 push ups
15 squats

This sucked but I did it

I love gyms and only do class 2-3 times a week and the rest of the time I'm in a gym

I do ten rounds of:
10 squats
10 situp
10 pushups

takes a lil over 11 minutes. Nice lil quickie.
 
I watched a youtube where some chick did:
150 Air Squats
2000m Row
150 Air Squats

and she knocked out those squats like a metronome; that shit looked painful.
