Ha no I already stated I don't want to make my back worse I have already herniated discs in my lower back don't need that anymore

speaking of that, my back and neck have been giving me problems for a week now. I should stop putting off getting it looked at

Go to the local Asian massage and get happy ending; does wonders for my back problems.
 
My workout today

10 push ups
5 dead lifts @ 135
45 second sprint
12 pull ups
24 jump ropes

I did 10 rounds with 1 minute break between rounds. This is not exactly easy

That's a great workout for overall fitness. But you'll get no respect from the guys training to be monsters.

Most of the guys here training to be monsters are in reality nowhere near such.
