You'r not strong, i'm stronger then you, me and my friends can team bench press 200 for sets of 10 easy.

I weight 175 and need to cut becasue even though I look like a twig cutting is the cool thing to do.
Damn, I nearly spat my water all over my monitor when I read that! Wicked idea on the alias, whoever you are!

I would give you k, but, well... lol.

Like everyone else in the thread said, forget about the creatine and simply eat more and train compound lifts. Don't get caught up in the hype of all these supplements, if you eat right and train right you don’t need them, especially at your age.

Do you play a lot of sports? When I was in highschool I couldn't gain weight for the life of me as I was constantly playing sports. Soccer, Rugby, wresteling, you name it. I was strong for my wight (135) but couldn't gain a pound. I even tried Creatine at one point and it was a waste of cash.

Now I know that I just wasn't eating enough for the calories I was burning.

I use NO-xlpode which does contain creatine, but I just take it for pre-workout energy. When I took just the creatine powder, I noticed an initial 5lb gain within about a week...it was all water. No noticable difference in the mirror, or in the weight room. I stopped taking the powder, 'cause I didn't personally see a need for it. I would consider using it again, if my weight stagnates too long at one point. I would like it to slowly increase to 200, but if it gets stuck anywhere, I'll hit it with everything i can think of.

I was in the same boat when I was in high school. I was maybe 5'10'' and 150 my senior year, I was fast as hell and strong but sure didn't look it. Now I'm the same height but around 205lbs, just wait till your matabolism slows down any you'll start to pack on the weight. If I had to do it over again in high school I would have done really heavy free weights with 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps with a min rest in between. Go to the library and get some books. I'm a big fan of the library and you'll be amazed at what you can find there if you look.

dude, its all in your eating trust me! I started working out at 16 and could NEVER put on any weight or any muscle. I know now that it was because I was not eating enough, and I wasn't taking any protein shakes or protein bars. I know at 16 creatine seems much more exciting than "eating alot" but its ALL in your diet bro. Oh, and dont forget to hit the gym like an animal. Drink a protein shake before and after your workout (30 - 35 grams each) and then eat LOTS all day long. Youll see results, I promise.
