Creatine??? Im 16 and weigh 134........

Im 16 and weigh 134lbs. Although im stronger than alot of students at my school, i always seem to be lighter. Im strong but not as strong as i'd like to be. I have been looking into Creatine and just want to know what you guys think i should do since everytime i have a question i come to you people for all the right answers. Well id really like to be 155lbs by next fall like in October, do you think that is all possible if im hitting the weights hard enough?? and also is Creatine a reliable, affective and safe route take??

Dude you're 16, you have unlimited growth potential. My advice: save your money on creatine and get yourself an awesome work out schedule and eat everything in site.
 
Creatine is not worth the money you can save on food eat 268+ grams of protein, 2800+ calories for your size, and work out 1-2 hours a day 4 - 5 days a week. Squat, bench, Deadlift and accesory.
 
I don't think you need twice the protein, maybe your bodyweight. It's better to have a balanced diet. Eat the same amount of protein as carbs and less fat. Definitely try to hit the 3k mark on cals.
 
yep, save you money for food. approx 20lbs in 7 mths is more than achievable especially since you've got loads of growth potential - age and the fact that your light right now.
 
Start by drinking a lot more milk. Aim for a gallon a day, which you can hit easily by throwing down a couple of large glasses with every meal. Work heavy, compound, free-weight moves in the gym and you'll grow.
 
Spend the money on food. Cook all your meals the night before, put them in zip loc bags and in the fridge. Carry a cooler with you at all times. You will eat the food to make the cooler lighter (and you bigger/stronger) and your grip will improve too. :)

You'r not strong, i'm stronger then you, me and my friends can team bench press 200 for sets of 10 easy.

I weight 175 and need to cut becasue even though I look like a twig cutting is the cool thing to do.

Good call, man. SUCH a staple in a bulking cycle.
