yeah it doesn't really matter what she did before that. Did you see her? she was a scrawny little shit. If you can't handle verbal abuse from lowlifes, you shouldn't be a cop. If I was the other cop in that room I would have nightsticked the guy, don't care if he was my partner. He would have gotten the savage beating of his life and I would have left him there bleeding right next to her......cause then MY ASS would be clean when that nifty little contraption in the upper corner of the room, which we'll call a "CAMERA", records the entire event. Cops are some of the stupidest mother fuckers in our society, hands down. Every week one of em is caught doing too much infront of a camera. It's like they think they can "go get the tape" after it's all over. Stupidest...........mother.............fuckers. Profoundly stupid. And yes, that cop spent his last day as a law enforcement officer. That girl is going to get set for life with tax payer money. The entire police dept. should round robin that asshole for pulling that. I mean everyone get's a lick. Pinata that dumb cocklick. Don't they get it by now that everytime one of em pulls a stunt like this, the rest of get made to look bad and the next time someone from that dept. just looks at a criminal sideways or cusses at em, they're getting hauled infront of a review board? No, i would lay this fool out.

Thats why a lot of cops don't want cameras in their cars. A while ago the big thing was to get cop cars cameras for DIU arrests. For some reason the cops didn't really want them.

Doesn't matter maybe that chick needed a wake up call, you do know that some kids run their house doing whatever they feel like. I would be betting drugs, kids and jail time for that girl by 18. If it was my car and I caught her stealing it I would have beat the crap out of whoever I caught. Cops just did the job for someone else. You shouldn't be out stealing cars and acting like an asshole if you're going to be a little baby.

A cop beating the shit out of a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD HAND-CUFFED GIRL in a jail cell is never acceptable. Did she hold a knife to his pregnant wife's throat? Did she stand over his 80 year old grandmother and kick her in the head a few times? Did she rape his 8 year old son with a baseball bat?

Damn, some of you need to get a reality check. Many cops are just as lowlife pieces of shits and the *criminals* they are supposed to be protecting YOU from, just that they wear a different "uniform" than the rest of the thugs do.

That cop IS A FUKKING PUSSY. The *criminal* was a fifteen year old GIRL who was already in hand-cuffs and totally unarmed. What was her crime? Oh yea, she was a car theif? I am thinking that the car she lifted had insurance.... so?

Cops don't like cameras for the simple reason that they don't like to be held accountable for their behavior when acting under the color of authority. If a cop doesn't like THE FACT that he/she is SUPPOSED to answer to a higher authority then they shouldn't take the job. PERIOD.

One night my brother came home all fucked up (as usual) and actually assaulted my mother. She asked my younger sister to call the police which was TOTALLY out of character for my mother so WE KNEW she was really afraid (our brother was her favorite). My sister happened to be dating the police dispatcher from the next township over so they sent over a car with two cops who were actually trying to reason with my beligerent fuckedup douchebag of a brother so they promptly put his ass in the back of the cruiser with his hands cuffed behind his back. My brother put up a fight and refused to quit running his mouth. So the car stopped short a few times on the way to the station. LOL A mechanical issue with the transmission, couldn't be helped. Well, my *poor brother* who is about 6 foot and weighed well over 200 pounds sobered up the next day and he couldn't remember how his face got all fucked up. My sister was told that the police surveillance video of him in the cell was HYSTERICAL, he wouldn't shut the fuck up about how his taxes were paying THEIR salaries. Ummmmmmmmmmm who is the one BEHIND bars for being a fucked up beligerent ASSHOLE?!?!

My brother was a grown man who was a physical threat because of his size, strength and the fact that he was on a rampage already, fucked up out of his mind and ASSAULTED HIS OWN MOTHER.

Of course you have no idea what that chick was doing before all this. Maybe nothing nothing, I doubt it.

Had a friend thrown down a couple of flights of stairs by the cops while handcuffed. He pretty much got what he deserved. Long story but his last stunt was kicking foot prints into the back door of the paddy wagon. We'll say my friend was not unknown to the police.

Creep, It really should not matter what this CHILD was doing prior to kicking her shoe off.

1) These officers handled it improperly as there are other ways to manage an out of control person. Physical abuse is not the key answer!
2) She is a female, by rights there should have been a female officer present!
3)Being a juvenile her parents should have been notified the minute that she was arrested, and have the right (in most states) to be there during the booking process,etc.

Needless to say the parents of this teen will have fun with this. The cop will not be pumping gas, though i am sure he will end up on administrative paid leave until it gets settled. Then he will prob be charged with assault charges. The town/state (depending on which jurisdiction of law it was) will settle a pretty penny outside of court with the parents, and local citizens taxes will be raised.
