Coming off the juice after 3 years straight usage. Need recovery advice.

So biteme found religion/God, and now he feels he should stop using anabolics? Well, I guess if that's what he feels he needs to do to be right with his maker then so be it. However, biteme you really should be responsible in coming off the anabolics and restoring your HPTA as best as you possibly can. A PCT regimine should be done, after all it IS your temple (His temple) we're talking about here. If you feel you were irresponsible with it before, you should take proper steps to right your body again...which means PCT, and bloodwork till its right. Best of luck and godspeed to you my friend.

Flex Wheeler found relegion also, and even hes still gonna do hrt for life. Trust me i dont think God will mind if you do. Dont punish yourself , he will forgive u if you truly are remorseful.

If I remember correctly, Jenetic had a crash in his own test levels and did crazy amounts of HCG to get his guys back in order. Something along the lines of 4000i.u's E M/W/F for like 3 weeks, and then tapered it down to 3000, 2000, 1500, 1000, 500. He ran HCG for a LONG time, and at LARGE doses. But in the end, he was successful.

Biteme I respect the fact that you found God but coming off with out any PCT is just plain ignorant. You really are not thinking of your health or self image in the long term. Hoping that God will some how provide you with all the PCT you will need is asinine. This complete 360 you have takin is rather scarey. I can only hope that you decide to seek help from a health care professional.

I know guys that were on prolly for just as long (not exactly 3 yrs but a few very long cycles that weren't spread out) and it took a few years but literally a few years later of living learning and eating healthy and now my boy has kids and it seems like life just started for him again. But it did take a few years of doing nothing but living a healthy lifestyle and no more aas or anything for that matter. And yes he had lots of issues with his "boys" at the begining of his marriage when he first stopped juicing.

None if this stuff is exact science. I've read so much b.s since I've been a member here. The PCT will probably help, and I may do it. Division is the one who said I wouldn't because he puts words in people's mouths. But, even if I don't, I think everything will return to where it would have if I didn't do PCT at all. Just may take longer. I did this way back when PCT wasn't even heard of by the vast majority of us. I had a child and no problem getting it up. I'm not worried in the least bit.

its funny how when people on this board here that people accually stay on for more that a year, they say what were u thinking.....it those people that scare those guys off from posting about it, hence less info on longer cycles.....there are ton of guy who never come off and never compete

It isn't a case of whether you will return to normal without PCT. You will, but it will take a very long time. And during that time, you can expect constant fatigue, irritability, fat increase dramatically, lack of focus, low sex drive, etc... for a very long time. That will led to depression and a general "fuck me" state of mind frame where you can't seem to get ahead no matter what.

The first thing you need to do right away is go and have some blood work done. You need to know exactly where you are right now and not just guessing in the dark. You need a baseline. You need to understand how you are going from point A to point B. This is the most important thing. If you can get that and post up the results, you have 100x more useful info off here.

Good advice. THank you very much. Thanks to everyone who has taken time to offer their advice. I appreciate it greatly.

Without a doubt, it hit me tonight. Reduction in sex drive. Not a bad thing because I don't need that distraction right now anyway, but the other stuff I can do without.
