CHECK this its why ive grown so much without any protein powder

I think people forget that whey and other forms of protein powder, are supplements, and that is just what they. They should not be used in place of whole foods like a lot of people end up doing. They should only be used to add to your diet as a supplement or when in a pinch. When you are dieting I think it is most crucial because you burn more calories just digesting whole foods than whey. Just my two cents.

Yes I use it in between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner or right before I go to bed. I also have some sort of actual food with it. For example, cottage cheese, some turkey or whatever.

It's the calories -- the most under recognized factor in gains while "on."

Shakes are just food -- quick, convenient, nutritionally dense and ironically, low in calories.

I actually feel they're better for gaining than losing. If you substitute a meal with a shake you'll still be hungry. But even if you eat like a pig you can still sock down a shake or two and that's another 80-100 grams of protein and that can make a difference.

The logic behind BIG BLAST was to have things you can't find in abundance in food -- serum plasma, creatine, NO2, digestive enzymes, etc. That's what a good supplement should do.

Great here in oz, Kangaroos jumpin everywhere in plague proportions. Roo meat is the healthiest red meat on earth, with little to no fat.

We have permits to shoot them so my freezer is full to the brim, 2 lb of that a day and doesnt cost me a cent, so nice and juicy. my mouth is watering now.

Shakes don't have to be just whey and water.
Skim milk, egg whites, ANPB, and oats are all things I add to mine.
Pretty much a meal when you make it like that.
