Indeed. I've "changed up" my lifting regimen at times where I incorporate a high rep/low weight/minimal rest circuit type regimen. It's so exhausting and there's been more than one occasion where I thought I was going to puke. I've never been that winded doing treadmill work or trail running.
I don't know what this means but as per your condition I suggest a viewing of magic mike, the ladies say it's an instant cure for teh vaginal irritation. Basically watch it twice than call me in the morning.
