this guy in my gym benchs 475 for 5-6 reps as a routine every time he comes to the gym. Thats the heaviest weight i have ever seen benched before, so i went and i asked about his diet and routine and chated with him for a while. after that i played dump and asked him if he juices and he told me that he never uses any anything than protein shake. he is short fat as hell and he tolde me that hes lifting for 7 years now. is he lying? can you bench that much without roids?........
