Definitely, my best friend pushed 500 twice this fall. I couldn't believe it. He's 6' and 215 and has always been naturally strong. He has bearpaws for hands. And joints like a calf.

No but he should. I couldn't believe it. He's always been strong. I use to hate wrestling him in highschool. He's not that big but just put together well. And strong as an ox. We called him Bam Bam in school. He'd only recently returned to the GYM (6 mo's) after 6 years off and still has it.
