Trap bar rack pull with 800 for a couple of reps, a 330lb strongman made a joke 'its your turn now' so I took him up on it and repped his weight for a couple 
DB shoulder press 100's x 10, 110's x 5+1, 110's x 3+1 (stabilizers burned out fast)
Prone rows, torso on bench, 235 3 x 5, bench press grip. Stupidly hard. meh
