Definitely Beverly International Mass Aminos and Ultra 40's. You can get them on certain websites for about $30 a bottle, and there are 500 pills a bottle. Need convincing, this is the amino Quad uses. 4 mass aminos yield 5 grams of protein, and each ultra 40 yields 2 grams of protein.

omega, I think pretty much everyone is referring to a blend. Powder is better IMO.
