It's funny how you rip everyone that takes a bodybuilder approach and how macho you are because you do oly lifts when in fact the weight your moving is not impressive in the least (for what you train for or tell us you train for).
I was behind htat kid rowing up the weight. .... and I hate upright rows. I only do them when spotting people on seated pressing (still not sure why you would sit down to overhead press)
