Bench, Squat and seated Military?

@ 200lbs. bodyweight I can do the following:
Squat 365lbs. (real squats, ass to the grass with a free bar)
Deadlift 455lbs.
Bench 335lbs. (I don't train heavy benches anymore... PB was 365 but that was 6 years ago)
Shoulder press 195lbs. (standing, strict form, no dip/drive)
Power Clean 225lbs.
Run 5k in about 22 min.
Run 1/4 mile in under 1:10 on a good day.

My leg press is 12 45lb plates on each side for 3.... With the sled its somewhere near 1100-1200 lbs.

I don't think 24 plates on a angled machine is anywhere close to 1000 pounds. There is NO WAY it requires 1000lbs to press it. If it did then every chump you see avoiding squats by discracing themselfs on the leg press would be able to squat 500+ easily.

ON the other hand a guy that squats 500 can leg press the entire gym.

Seated Militery is not a lift... did someone already point that out? So lets pick a few real lifts:

Rack Jerk: 305x2
Power Clean: 292x2
Oly Back Squat/ high Bar, true ATF - No Wraps, No Suit, No Spotter: 455 x2 -
Deadlift: 550x2

These are all assistance lifts, so I do not do singles

Bench Press KILLS flexability, but I love it so I train it.

How about how much you can curl, kickback, and swiss ball incline?

i use 105s for DB tricep kickbacks

youre a fucking beast AL, comment on my abscess thread

this guy is about as old school as old blue eyes,

cut and dry!!! i love it!! no room for mistakes!!!

Bench maybe 230 BB, im repping about 200 on DB bench (total no per db), squat maxed at 405 for 2 and db military's i think highest i got was repping 85 or 90lbs dbs.

Exactly - my training is hard as fuck, and I leave it all in the gym. No room for mistakes, just adding weight to the bar. Focused motherfucker, period.

I just got goose bumps when i re-read that. Fuck i love to train.

Thanks for the props HG - sorry about the abcess and the rest of the BS you got going on. Only the strong survive bro - keep on keepin on

How much can you bad boys lift in these 3 catagories?

I'm talkin' 1 Rep, veins stickin' out, left nut ready to pop, MAX ? :kaioken:

Bench Max ever was 365lbs, after an injury though I'm doing around 315lbs...hope to be up to 365 by summer time again, would like more.
Squat Max is 460lbs
Military........I only use dumbells but I do 100's 6-8 times depending on the day.
Deadlift Max is 475lbs, will be in the 500lbs this summer :)

This is all natural which I feel is pretty good. I'm 5'11 205lbs. I feel good about where I'm at.

Well there's no such thing as a seated military anyway.
Military press = standing OVP with heals together.

Johnson that vid in your signature is priceless, not sure whether to laugh or cry. :mix:

I really think that standing military is much easier on your back than seated personally. It just seems like when standing my back is more natural. Especially because most seats are too low to get a healthy arch in your back.

How about give your body size when quoting your lift capacities so the beginner like my self gets an Idea of your size vs strength.

BB flat bench 280
BB incline bench 225
SM squat 455
Smp sm 275

I'm 6'1 200 lbs 33 yrs old
been lifting 3yrs until then
never touched a weight max then on flat bech was 165 :)
