Smoking pot
Playing video games
Going to arcades
Going to raves
Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol
Reading comic books

as soon as it begins to interfere with any part of normal life (probably around 23/24)
Never

Right after college

Well, I'm not going to weigh in definitively on booze or weed, life is stressful enough, if that helps you chill, I believe in moderation in things like that.

But I can honestly tell you that my first marriage failed in part due to the fact that my husband wouldn't give up doing just about everything else on that list, except the raves, after our son was born. He spent money we really couldn't spare on the stuff -- but didn't consider things like a savings account or home ownership important to the family -- and he whouldn't share his collectibles (toys) with his son.

Hobbies are fine, until they create resentment, and if you're going to slap a 2 year old because he touched an action figure, you need to reprioritize.

lol some of my most entertaining moments are from smoking weed and playing video games, so hopefully the answer is over 22 for both of those

True. Or put the action figures up higher?

age is not really relevant. when "anything" becomes a compulsive disorder and interferes with normalacy of day to day responsibilities- then it needs to be reprioritized...

Smoking pot-when it interferes with a career
Playing video games-never
Going to arcades-as a occasional hobby its fine for anyone
Going to raves-same as pot if it interferes with your responsibilities etc
Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol" "
Reading comic books-occasionally i see nothing wrong with reading them all your life, but being the comic book guy and a occasional reader are very different
Playing with toys- id say like 15 unless your playing with kids
